• Repeals section 23-1302 of Arizona Revised Statutes, which protects employees' free choice regarding labor organization membership.

• Changes the article heading of title 23, chapter 8, article 1 from "RIGHT TO WORK" to "GENERAL PROVISIONS."

• Removes reference to protection for "exercise of free choice with respect to nonmembership in a labor organization" from the list of protected retaliatory discharge provisions in section 23-1501.

• Becomes effective only if Arizona voters approve a constitutional amendment repealing article XXV of the Arizona Constitution at the next general election.
