Appropriates $1,444,100 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Department of Veterans' Services to distribute to the Navajo Nation for constructing the Ganado senior and veterans center building.

Appropriates $100,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Department of Public Safety to distribute to the Navajo Nation for utility connections for the Blue Gap/Tachee Chapter public substation facility.

Appropriates $300,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Department of Veterans' Services to distribute to the Navajo Nation for constructing the Tselani/Cottonwood Chapter veterans building.

Appropriates $100,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Arizona Department of Agriculture to distribute to the Navajo Nation for constructing the Nazlini Chapter farming irrigation development project.

Appropriates $100,000 and $2,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Department of Transportation to distribute to the Navajo Nation for State Route 191 improvements and Kin Dah Lichii Chapter bridge replacement projects, respectively.
