Appropriates $420,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Department of Public Safety.

Funds distributed to the Navajo Nation to update its judicial public safety master plan developed by the Navajo Nation Division of Public Safety.

Appropriation to be used for assessing existing facilities and implementing a component to address current and future facility needs, assess facility risk, and meet mandated standards.

Exempts the appropriation from lapsing provisions under Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-190, allowing unspent funds to carry forward.
