Amends section 17-303 to make it unlawful to take wildlife from private land without authorization from the landowner or lessee when section 17-304 subsection D applies.

Amends section 17-304 to expand prohibited activities on private land to include "guiding" alongside hunting, fishing, and trapping.

Requires posted notices on private land to include the phrase "no guiding" in addition to existing required warnings like "no hunting," "no fishing," or "no trespassing."

Clarifies that entry onto private land for taking wildlife is not criminal trespassing unless the land is properly posted with "no trespassing" signs or the person refuses to leave after law enforcement requests them to do so.

Effective date: March 24, 2021.
