Changes the income eligibility threshold for pregnant women in AHCCCS from 150 percent to 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines.

Expands Medicaid coverage for pregnant women by increasing the maximum family income level that qualifies them for the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System.

Amends Section 36-2901 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding definitions and eligibility criteria under the state's health care system.
