Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2981 to increase income eligibility limits for the children's health insurance program from 200 percent to 300 percent of the federal poverty level.

New 300 percent income eligibility threshold takes effect October 1, 2021 and applies to each fiscal year thereafter.

Maintains previous 200 percent of federal poverty level eligibility through September 30, 2021.

Applies to children under 19 years of age whose gross household income meets the specified requirements.

Makes minor grammatical and technical edits to statute language regarding contractor definitions and physician licensing requirements.
