Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2907 to require AHCCCS contractors to provide comprehensive dental care services to women at least 21 years of age in any stage of pregnancy.

Appropriates $178,900 from the state general fund and $478,300 from federal Medicaid authority in fiscal year 2021-2022 for providing dental services to pregnant women.

Appropriates an additional one-time $3,630,600 from the prescription drug rebate fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to cover costs related to eligibility changes resulting from the new pregnancy dental benefit.

Requires AHCCCS administration to report actual costs incurred for the pregnancy dental benefit and related eligibility changes to the governor, legislature, and relevant state offices by October 1, 2022.
