Requires the state board of education to mandate instruction on the Holocaust and antisemitism as part of Holocaust education in Arizona schools.

Mandates that antisemitism instruction include both classic and contemporary manifestations of antisemitism.

Requires use of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance definition of antisemitism adopted on May 26, 2016, including contemporary examples identified in that definition.

Includes constitutional protection stating the requirement does not diminish or infringe on rights protected by the Arizona Constitution or the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
