Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-513 regarding instructions for voters and election officers.

Requires boards of supervisors to provide written notice when voting equipment rejects overvoted ballots or ballots with other irregularities.

Notice must advise voters that if they choose to override an overvote or other ballot irregularity, their vote for that office or measure will not be tallied.

Notice must be posted on or near the voting equipment in a location with clear visibility to voters.
