AZ HB2310

Adds section 41-1304.07 to Arizona Revised Statutes requiring the Executive Director of the Legislative Council to review any presidential executive order not affirmed by Congress and signed into law when requested by one or more legislature members.

Allows a legislature member to recommend to the attorney general that a reviewed executive order be examined for legality.

Authorizes the attorney general to file a declaratory judgment action in federal district court if the attorney general determines an executive order is illegal.

Applies only to executive orders issued on or after the effective date of the act.
