Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-703 to modify sentencing rules for repetitive offenders convicted of multiple felony offenses not committed on the same occasion.

Changes sentencing structure so second offense is punished as a category one repetitive offender; eliminates previous category two designation for third and subsequent offenses during same charging period.

Maintains existing sentencing ranges for category one, two, and three repetitive offenders based on felony class, with specified minimum, presumptive, maximum, and aggravated/mitigated sentences.

Applies only to offenses committed on or after the effective date of the act (March 24, 2021).
