Creates new criminal offense of intentionally introducing bodily fluids or foreign objects into water, food, drink, or other products intended for human consumption.

Classifies violation as class 1 misdemeanor if a person consumes the contaminated product or if damages exceed $1,000.

Classifies violation as class 2 misdemeanor if no person consumes the contaminated product and damages are less than $1,000.

Allows cleanup and sanitization costs plus monetary compensation provided to affected consumers to be included in calculating damages.
