Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-570 regarding conduct of elections and duties of election officials.

Requires all ports, plugs, doors, and other methods of physical or electronic access to voting machines and electronic pollbooks to be secured to prevent unauthorized access.

Mandates that the county or officer in charge of elections document and verify security procedures regarding access before voting machines or electronic pollbooks are placed into service for an election.

Maintains existing requirement that machine doors or compartments remain locked during elections except for good and sufficient reasons, with statements signed by election officers and attached to returns.
