• Specifies that arguments not complying with identification and sworn statement requirements may not be included in informational pamphlets for school overrides, state measures, or bond elections.

• Makes conforming changes to Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-481, 19-124, and 35-454 regarding election pamphlet submission procedures.
