Amends the definition of "resident" in Arizona Revised Statutes § 33-1409 to exclude persons providing necessary live-in care or services under § 33-1413.03.

Modifies § 33-1413.03 to allow residents with disabilities to have one or more persons occupy their mobile home to provide necessary live-in health care, personal care, or supportive services as defined under state and federal fair housing laws.

Removes the requirement that care or services be provided pursuant to a written physician's treatment plan and eliminates the six-month renewal requirement for physician documentation.

Prohibits landlords from charging fees for persons rendering live-in care, personal care, or supportive services to residents with disabilities.

Clarifies that caregivers have no tenancy rights and must comply with mobile home park rules, and their presence does not modify the rental agreement between the landlord and resident.
