Appropriates $121,140.92 from the state highway fund and $15,275.94 from the administrative fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of transportation and industrial commission of Arizona respectively, plus $2,800.00 from the podiatry fund to the state board of podiatry examiners, totaling $189,296.62 in all appropriations.
