Requires the legislature to increase charter school additional assistance by at least 2 percent beginning in fiscal year 2021-2022.

For fiscal years 2022-2023 and thereafter, requires the legislature to increase charter school additional assistance by the greater of 2 percent or the change in the GDP price deflator year-over-year, whichever is less, with a floor at the fiscal year 2021-2022 base level.
