• Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-4434 to expand victim privacy protections in criminal cases.

• Requires law enforcement and prosecution agencies to redact victims' identifying and locating information from all criminal case records, including discovery disclosed to the defendant, the defendant's attorney, or the attorney's staff.

• Exempts victim names from redaction (except for minor victims where confidentiality interests may outweigh public interest), records transmitted between law enforcement/prosecution/courts, records with victim consent, and the general crime location.

• Defines "identifying information" as date of birth, social security number, and government-issued driver license or identification number.

• Defines "locating information" as address, telephone number, e-mail address, and place of employment.
