Amends section 35-454, Arizona Revised Statutes, regarding county and municipal bond elections and informational pamphlets.

Removes the requirement for political subdivisions to submit copies of bond election informational pamphlets to the Department of Revenue within thirty days after the bond election and eliminates the requirement for the department to maintain copies of the pamphlets.

Makes minor grammatical corrections to existing statute language ("the" to "this" and "where" to "for which").

Retains all other requirements for bond election pamphlets, including timing of distribution, required financial disclosures, debt retirement schedules, tax impact estimates, and arguments for and against bond authorization.
