Requires charter schools to include in their budgets and prominently display on website homepages the average teacher salary for current and previous years, dollar and percentage salary increases, and the revenue streams used to fund teacher salaries.

Requires school districts to prominently display the same teacher salary information (current year average, previous year average, dollar increase, and percentage increase) and revenue streams in their budgets and on website homepages.

Mandates the Department of Education submit an annual report by November 30 to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee and Governor's Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting compiling teacher salary information for all charter schools and school districts statewide.

Amends budget format requirements under Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-189.05 and 15-903 to standardize how schools report teacher compensation data and funding sources.
