Allows healthcare providers to meet notification requirements by providing information verbally, in writing, or through a department of health services publication.

Directs the Arizona Department of Health Services to prepare and distribute a gun safety pamphlet by January 2, 2022, covering safe storage and risks to children, available free to healthcare providers and posted on the department's website.

Appropriates $250,000 from the state general fund for fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Department of Health Services for pamphlet preparation.

Exempts the appropriation from lapsing provisions, allowing unspent funds to carry forward.
