Adds trigger cranks, bump-fire devices, and similar parts or accessories designed to accelerate the rate of fire of semiautomatic rifles to the list of prohibited weapons in Arizona law.

Specifies that prohibited devices must not convert a semiautomatic rifle into a machine gun, using federal definitions from 26 U.S. Code Section 5845(b) and 18 U.S. Code Section 921(a)(28).

Clarifies that firearms and devices legally possessed, manufactured, or transferred in compliance with federal law remain exempt from state prohibition requirements.

Amends Section 13-3101, Arizona Revised Statutes, which defines weapons and prohibited possessors under Arizona criminal law.
