Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-1103 to add new provisions regarding manslaughter related to suicide assistance.

Makes it manslaughter for a person at least 18 years old to intentionally provide advice or encouragement to a minor to die by suicide with knowledge of the minor's intent.

Maintains existing manslaughter definitions including reckless causing of death, second degree murder on sudden quarrel or heat of passion, and intentionally providing physical means for another person's suicide.

Classifies manslaughter as a class 2 felony.

Designated as an emergency measure effective immediately upon passage, approved by the Governor on March 17, 2021.
