Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-146 to require the Department of Health Services to compile and annually report on veteran suicides in Arizona.

Report must include veteran suicide numbers and rates, five-year trends, mechanisms of suicide, years of potential life lost, and comparisons to national and regional data from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Requires demographic analysis of suicide risk by race, ethnicity, age, gender, and region, plus regional distribution analysis considering population density to inform suicide prevention service allocation.

Mandates analysis of drug patterns used in suicides and medical history patterns using data from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System to identify medical risk factors.

Report must include utilization and encounter data from nonprofit veterans' services organizations providing suicide reduction services; all data must be confidential and cannot be personally identifying.
