Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-4591 regarding motor vehicle dealers and violations.

Requires the Arizona Department of Transportation to post on its website the names of motor vehicle dealers who have violated any provision of state law under the department's jurisdiction.

Requires the department to post the specific laws that the motor vehicle dealer has violated.

Maintains existing classification of violations under this article as class 3 misdemeanors unless otherwise specified in statute.
