Establishes the urban air mobility study committee with 18 members including three senators, three representatives, state agency directors, local government representatives, industry members, and disability/transportation advocates.

Committee cochairpersons designated by the senate president and house speaker, with appointed members serving at the pleasure of the appointing official.

Committee must review state laws affecting urban air mobility, identify jurisdictional consistency opportunities, create public education campaigns, and collaborate with local governments on transportation integration.

Committee required to submit a report to the governor, legislature, and secretary of state by July 1, 2022, with recommendations for administrative or legislative action.
