Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-2404 to modify the composition and requirements of the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission.

Changes language in subsection A, paragraph 4 from "No more than seven" to "Not more than seven" members appointed by the governor may be from the same political party.

Adds a new requirement that at least one member appointed by the governor must be a member of an Arizona Indian tribe, in addition to existing regional representation requirements for police chiefs, county attorneys, and sheriffs.

Allows all persons currently serving on the commission as of the bill's effective date to continue serving until their terms expire, with future appointments made according to the amended statute.
