AZ HB2520

Adds definition of "hydraulic fracturing" to Arizona water quality law as the process of pumping fluid into or under ground surface to create fractures or cavities in rock to produce or recover oil or gases.

Prohibits any person from engaging in hydraulic fracturing in Arizona and prohibits collection, storage, or treatment of water used in, generated by, or resulting from hydraulic fracturing.

Makes technical corrections to existing water quality statutes, including replacing "which" with "that" and "reasonable probability" with "may" in various definitions and permit provisions.

Amends storm water and man-made bodies of water general permit sections to remove "with reasonable probability" language regarding violations of aquifer water quality standards.

Renumbers definitions in section 49-201 to accommodate the new hydraulic fracturing definition as definition 20.
