Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 30, Chapter 6 to add new provisions regarding distributed generation and public power entities.

Requires public power entities to allow distributed generation customers to export electricity back to the grid and regulate such exports consistent with commission requirements.

Mandates public power entities reimburse distributed generation customers for exported electricity at rates at least equal to those set by the corresponding commission method.

Defines "distributed generation customer" as a retail customer who generates electricity on-site through solar, wind, or other renewable means primarily for their own use and operates equipment compatible with the public power entity's distribution facilities.
