Requires the governor's office of equal opportunity to hire a full-time statewide Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) coordinator.

Mandates the coordinator implement an annual plan to carry out ADA requirements in Arizona that is community-based and promotes coordination of disability activities throughout the state.

Plan must include educational components for small businesses and encourage coordination between the small business and disability communities to enhance ADA compliance in public and private settings.

Plan must include specific enforcement of disability accessibility goals and methods to measure progress toward achieving those goals.

Appropriates $100,000 and 1 full-time equivalent (FTE) position from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the office of the governor for the ADA coordinator position.
