Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 32-1124 and 32-1158 relating to contractor licensing and contract requirements.

Modifies requirements for posting contractor license numbers on advertising to exempt broadcast, internet, or billboard advertising if the advertisement includes a website URL that directly links to a site prominently displaying the licensee's name and license number.

Clarifies that violations of license posting and placement requirements are subject to disciplinary action but cannot be grounds for preventing contract awards, voiding contracts, or other claims against the licensee.

Excludes trade association directory listings distributed only to association members from advertising requirements.

Updates contract requirement language to reference the correct statute section (32-1162 instead of 32-1155) for complaint filing timeframes.
