Amends the definition of "home solicitation sale" in Arizona Revised Statutes Section 44-5001 to clarify that cash sales are included if the seller makes or provides a loan to the buyer or assists in obtaining a loan for the buyer to pay the purchase price.

Removes the requirement that all or any part of the purchase price be payable in installments or that debt for the purchase price be payable in installments for a transaction to qualify as a home solicitation sale.

Makes clarifying language changes throughout the statute by replacing gendered pronouns with gender-neutral alternatives and updating archaic phrasing.

Specifies that home solicitation sales do not include purchases made pursuant to a preexisting account with a seller or sales made through prior negotiations at a business establishment with a fixed location.
