Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3102 to define "secured facility" for purposes of firearm possession restrictions at public establishments and events.

Establishes that a "secured facility" means a public establishment or event with security personnel and electronic weapons screening devices at all entrances, or security personnel who electronically screen entrants and require firearms to be left with security under Section 13-3102.01.

Permits persons with valid concealed carry permits to possess firearms at public establishments or events that are not secured facilities, with specified exceptions including schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, and facilities where firearm possession is prohibited by federal law.

Maintains that permit holders with firearms at public establishments or events do not relieve operators or sponsors from requirements to provide secure weapon storage under Section 13-3102.01.

Does not limit rights of private property owners, tenants, employers, or business entities to restrict firearms on their premises.
