Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-1604 to include damage to "public or private monuments, memorials or statues" as a form of aggravated criminal damage.

Classifies aggravated criminal damage to monuments, memorials, or statues under the same penalty structure as damage to religious facilities, schools, and educational facilities rather than utility infrastructure.

Damage causing $10,000 or more is a class 4 felony; damage of $1,500 to $9,999 is a class 5 felony; and all other cases are class 6 felonies.

Defines damages to include costs of repair or replacement, lost crops and livestock, labor costs, material costs, and equipment costs related to abating or repairing the damage.
