Amends section 13-3411 of Arizona Revised Statutes to modify reporting requirements for drug violations in school zones.

School administrators observing drug violations must either immediately report to a peace officer or, if the violation involves a student, refer the student to an appropriate at-risk student program selected by the school.

Failure by school personnel or administrators to report a violation or refer a student as required is a class 3 misdemeanor.

Maintains existing penalties for drug violations in drug-free school zones, including mandatory minimum sentence increases of one year and fines of not less than $2,000 or three times the drug value, whichever is greater.

Defines drug-free school zone as the area within 300 feet of a school or its grounds, any public property within 1,000 feet of a school, or any school bus or bus stop.
