Amends Section 33-1322 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding disclosure requirements in residential rental agreements.

Requires landlords to disclose to tenants at or before the start of tenancy any additional fees or costs not included in the periodic rental rate, including trash charges, smart device upgrades, taxes, online payment service fees, and other additional charges.

Requires landlords to inform tenants in writing that the Arizona residential landlord and tenant act is available on the Arizona department of housing's website.

Requires landlords to keep contact information for the property manager and owner current and refurnish it to tenants upon request.
