Amends Title 8, Chapter 2, Article 2 of Arizona Revised Statutes by adding section 8-223.

Allows a parent or guardian to withdraw an admission or plea of no contest in actions that may lead to termination of parental rights if necessary to correct a manifest injustice.

Upon withdrawal of an admission or plea, the parent or guardian regains the right to trial and any findings based on that admission or plea are negated.
