Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 22-512 to allow prevailing parties in small claims actions to assign monetary judgments to licensed debt collectors.

Permits assigned judgment holders to appear in small claims court solely for the purpose of enforcing the judgment without representing the original prevailing party.

Treats the assigned judgment holder as the prevailing party for all actions related to judgment enforcement.

Clarifies that assignees cannot commence small claims actions except as personal representatives, maintaining the restriction on judgment assignment for initiating claims.

Approved by the Governor on April 5, 2021, and filed with the Secretary of State the same date.
