Repeals existing work requirement provisions from Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2903.09 that required able-bodied adults to become employed, actively seek employment, or attend school/job training for at least 20 hours per week to receive AHCCCS benefits.

Removes the five-year lifetime benefit limit for able-bodied adults under AHCCCS that was tied to work requirement compliance.

Adds new section 36-2903.14 prohibiting the administration from implementing any waiver that imposes work requirements on AHCCCS members as a condition of receiving services.

Defines "work requirement" to include requiring members to become employed, actively seek employment, or attend school or job training programs.

Maintains existing exemptions for American Indians and Alaska natives who receive services through Indian health programs.
