AZ HB2610

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1750 to add "gender identity" to the list of protected characteristics for which criminal offenses must be reported to the central state repository.

Requires the Department of Public Safety to collect information on offenses manifesting evidence of prejudice based on race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.

Requires criminal justice agencies to provide information to the department concerning crimes that manifest evidence of prejudice based on these same characteristics, including the new addition of gender identity.

Applies the existing crime reporting framework for bias-motivated offenses to include gender identity as a reportable category alongside sexual orientation and other protected classes.
