Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2917 to add evidentiary requirements for noise-related public nuisance prosecutions.

Requires any prosecution involving noise under subsection A, paragraph 1 to include an accurate recording and measurement of the noise by a peace officer or code enforcement officer.

Specifies that sound pressure measurements must be made on the A-weighted fast response mode scale using methods defined by ANSI S1.2-1962 and ANSI S1.2-1971 standards, or using a Type 1 or Type 2 sound meter meeting ANSI S1.4L-1971 requirements.

Adds a definition of "A-weighted" as a frequency weighting network used to account for sensitivity changes as a function of frequency.

Maintains existing provisions that public nuisance is a Class 2 misdemeanor and allows county attorneys, the attorney general, or city attorneys to bring abatement actions in superior court.
