Establishes the maternal mental health advisory committee to recommend improvements for screening and treating maternal mental health disorders.

Director of the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System serves as chairperson and appoints 24 members including obstetricians, pediatricians, psychiatrists, nurses, hospital social workers, Indian health services representatives, law enforcement, corrections officials, and nonprofit organization representatives.

Committee must submit a report with recommendations to the health and human services committees of both the house and senate, and to the secretary of state, on or before December 31, 2022.

The advisory committee is automatically repealed on June 30, 2023.
