Requires the Arizona Department of Education to collect designated database information from applicants for initial or renewal teacher certification beginning January 2, 2023.

Department must adopt policies prescribing what designated database information will be collected for the teachers workforce database.

Personally identifiable information collected under this section is classified as confidential and not subject to public records disclosure under Arizona law.

Designated database information excludes identification materials and information required to determine applicant qualifications for certification.
