Repeals Section 15-249.08 of Arizona Revised Statutes, which governed results-based funding for schools.

Appropriates $68,600,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Department of Education for distribution to school districts and charter schools receiving federal Title I funds.

Distribution of funds is calculated based on each school district and charter school's proportional share of federal Title I monies received during fiscal year 2019-2020.

Redirects the $68,600,000 previously allocated to results-based funding in the baseline budget toward Title I schools instead.
