Adds a weekly dependent allowance of $25 per dependent to unemployment insurance benefits under Arizona law, capped at a maximum of $50 per week.

Requires individuals to primarily support a dependent to be eligible for the dependent allowance in addition to their regular weekly benefit amount.

Defines "dependent" as persons under 18 years of age, persons under 24 years of age who are full-time students at an educational institution, or persons at least 18 years of age who are incapacitated due to mental or physical disability.

Designated as an emergency measure that is operative immediately upon passage.
