Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-914.02, 41-1279.03, and 41-1279.04 to expand the auditor general's authority to include charter schools alongside school districts in audit and oversight activities.

Requires charter schools, like school districts, to comply with auditor general reporting, follow-up, and hearing participation requirements under section 41-1279.03.

Directs the auditor general to establish a schoolwide audit team to conduct performance audits and monitor both school districts and charter schools to determine the percentage of every dollar spent in the classroom.

Mandates charter schools to post on their websites the percentage of every dollar spent in the classroom from the most recent auditor general status report, mirroring requirements for school districts.

Grants the auditor general authority to examine records and attend executive sessions of charter schools, with the same access and examination powers previously limited to school districts.
