Allows defendants convicted of sex offenses under Arizona law who successfully complete probation to petition the court to terminate sex offender registration requirements.

Requires the petitioner to be at least 35 years old at the time of filing and to have been under 22 years old when the offense was committed.

Requires the victim to have been at least 15 years old at the time of the offense, or been a peace officer posing as a minor, or been a fictitious minor.

Requires the defendant to meet multiple conditions including no violations of sex offender probation terms, no subsequent felony convictions for at least 10 years, and no conviction for certain enumerated sex offenses.

Grants the court discretion to deny the petition even if all statutory factors are met if denial is in the best interests of justice or public safety.
