Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-1019 to change the protection period for political signs from 45 days before a primary election to 150 days before the general election.

Clarifies that for candidates who do not advance from the primary election, sign protection ends 7 days after the primary election rather than extending to the general election.

Specifies that the protection periods reference the specific dates prescribed in section 16-204 and do not include early voting periods.

Updates subsection H to extend the municipal sign protection requirements in public right-of-ways to the same 150-day pre-general election period, with corresponding adjustments for candidates not advancing past the primary.
