Prohibits employers, businesses, and public entities from requiring employees, customers, or the public to take, receive, or disclose receipt of any medical product (drug or biologic) as a condition of employment, entry, or services.

Exempts the prohibition only if the manufacturer of the medical product is liable for all deaths and serious injuries caused by the product.

Protects individuals from discrimination for refusing medical products whose manufacturers are not fully liable for deaths and serious injuries.

Defines "public space" to include places of public accommodation, government-owned or operated buildings/spaces, and other buildings or spaces generally open to the public.
