Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 44-1793 to revise health spa contract cancellation procedures and notification methods.

Allows customers to cancel contracts within three operating days of receiving a copy using multiple methods: certified mail, personal delivery, email, website cancellation options, or other contract-specified methods.

Requires health spas to notify customers of all available cancellation methods and provide their address and email address in the contract.

Expands the notice-to-cancel provision for death, disability, military deployment, and relocation to allow email and website cancellation in addition to mail and personal delivery.

Applies only to health spa contracts entered into or renewed on or after the bill's effective date of April 28, 2021.
